Owner of Hickory Hill Construction Co. specializing in excavation, residential construction, and environmental hazard abatement. The company has donated services to numerous town projects over the years including the Veterans Memorial Park.

Pamela is mother of two grown adults Erica and Zachary and married to Geoff Hargrave.
Elected as Town Clerk in 2008 and an employee with the town since 1998.
She is a graduate from both the State University of New York at Alfred and St. John Fisher College.
Pam has worked for the town for 27 years, 18 of which have been as the Town

Pam has worked for the town for 27 years, 18 of which have been as the Town Clerk and Tax Collector.
Pam has achieved the recognition of Registered Municipal Clerk and strives to keep the town’s technology current.
She is also the President of the Monroe County Town Clerk, Tax Receiver and Collectors Association (MCTCTR&CA).
Pam enjoys coordinating the town flowerbeds, Monroe County in Bloom program that enhance the beauty of the Town of Rush.
Pamela was re-elected as Town Clerk in November of 2023.
